  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, typically between 7-21 business days. Rates are calculated based on the destination country and order size.

3. Domestic Shipping

  • We offer domestic shipping across 34 provinces. All domestic orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as like SF-express,STO,YUNDA etc.
  • Standard shipping charges apply based on the size and weight of the order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to most of around world counrties. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. MINGJIA Lock is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.
  • Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the country and customs processing. Estimated delivery times are between 7-21 business days.

5. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.
  • We use reliable carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time, including carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Box Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for international orders. For domestic orders, some carriers may have restrictions, so please ensure your shipping address is valid.
  • Restricted Shipping Locations: We do not currently ship to certain restricted or remote locations. If your address is in a restricted area, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

7. Order Modifications & Address Changes

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or make changes to the order. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • MINGJIA Lock is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will help you resolve the issue by working with the carrier and ensuring you receive the best possible solution.
